Style: Platform Bed Frame

In my opinion, this bedside magnet-holster is the easiest way and fastest to deploy our choice of protection from home intruders intending to harm myself and my family. I like that there are no screws involved in installing this on our bed frame and I had positioned it where it is not easily seen yet very accessible to me. I hope I never need to use what I have attached to this but....if you feel you can manage its use safely , then bravo, you just added peace of mind to your nights of sleeping.

Nothing else would work for the type of bed frame that I have. Holds a full-size, fully-loaded 9mm with optical sight (i.e., a heavy gun) securely. The magnet is a lot stronger than you might expect for its size

i thought it was gonna be to easy to remove it and its honestly a little too hard but I’m not very strong. i was surprised though at how powerful the magnet was and it fits my sccy perfectly

It was very simple to install and took less than five minutes. I was very impressed that the magnet holds heavy items very strongly. It is rubber-coated so it won't scratch the firearm. You simply reach down and retrieve it with no fumbling around in a drawer or locked box. Therefore it is not recommended in a house with children. Definitely a good deal for the money.

It fits on your bedframe or other similar shaped metal surface such as a desk. It's a solid steel construction, with a stainless bolt to tighten or loosen. The coating is a semi textured paint. But I tried it on the beds, end table, even to a stud in the shed. It cranks down nice and tight so it won't move. Though for a metal frame, I'd suggest a bit of "non-slide shelf liner) over the bed frame to prevent any unwanted lateral movement. Love it. With something squared off, like a Glock... If you place the TOP of the slide against the magnet, it's strong enough to actually push the weapon down/operate the slide to chamber a round as you pull it free--all in one motion. The plastic coating prevents scratching of the pistol's finish. With a 1911, it won't hold as well via the rounded top, and you cannot operate the slide before you remove it from the magnet. BUT, it will hold VERY well sideways as in the listing pic. Either way, this HOLDS, and it does so safely. You can attach it to anything that you can clamp it to. Lastly, the "30 second" safety notes in the box are nice to see. Advises everyone to double check everything, even the screws holding the magnet to the bracket. Everyone I've shown this to wants it now.

Reviewed in the United States on March 9, 2025 Style Name: Platform Bed Frame I got this gun magnet to use on my platform bed frame, but found that I liked it more on my nightstand. So this adjustable gun magnet is versatile. It is strong too, it easily holds my Canik TP9 SFx with tac light and red dot sight. It's the best gun magnet I've come across for both draw speed and holding strength.

SteveinKC2 5.0 out of 5 stars Strong Magnet Grip and easy to install on standard steel bedrail Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2025 Style Name: Standard Bed Frame No shortcuts, you do have to lift the box spring out of the frame by at least a half inch or so, so you can slip the inside bottom portion/short side of the bracket between the box spring and bed rail so it can then slide into place with the lips over the bedrail edges, then you tighten the screw clamp and its not going anywhere! You can now put the box spring back down in the rail and you are done with install. Surface is non scratch and the magnet is pretty strong, easily room for attracting the slide of the pistol or whole side of the revolver (polymer/rubber grips aren't magnetic). It can hold whole side of the chamber of my Taurus Judge 3" or I prefer the side of the slide/upper of my Stoeger STR9c plus a flashlight too as its just big enough and the flashlight has just enough metal to be magnetic too. This replaces the universal between the box spring and mattress nylon holster I have that will slip out and let everything hit the floor with a thud or when making the bed, the magnetic mount isn't going anywhere once installed no matter what you are doing on the bed.

I was not expecting the magnet to be so strong (great that it is). When I opened the package and saw the size of the magnet I was thinking "wow this is small, how will it hold the weight of a pistol with full mag". So I tested it with: polymer striker-fire with 18rnds and it held it no problem. In fact I was amazed how strong the magnet was and still had holding power. I then tried it on a revolver as well as a hammered metal pistol with 9rnds and it held them just as strong. I like the model I got that secures it to the bed (furniture) with the screw fastener (very strong as well). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
